TI is very happy to be in Palmerston this week. Not only is this event going from strength-to-strength but the weather down south is too cold for TI this time of year. Clear skies and temps in the early-30's suits me just fine.

TI thinks this event is there for the taking with many of the guys a chance to win this week.

Travis SmythTravis Smyth

must have good memories from last year when he won as an amateur and really blew the field away. Can he win his first event as a pro this week? TI thinks so. Will he get rid of the man bun if he wins? TI thinks not but would like to start a campaign to get rid of the man buns on Tour. You blokes aren't Samson you know.

Jordan ZunicJordan Zunic

Having also won here and with a solid performance last year, Jordan must enjoy the Palmerston layout and the NT way of life. It wouldn't surprise to see him salute although fiance Olivia may not be too keen to carry the bag Sunday if the Wallabies manage to beat the All Blacks on Saturday night.

Daniel GaleDaniel Gale

TI tipped this rookie to play well in Fiji and despite being 7-over after 12 holes in round 1 he battled to make the cut but fell away on the last day. TI thinks Daniel could be suited here and having already won on Tour won't be fazed by the occasion come Sunday.

Daniel NisbetDaniel Nisbet

TI has noticed the NZ Open champ is at some juicy odds this week. He will be keen to keep the winning feeling going and is clearly more than capable of winning this week.

Daniel Brandt-RichardsDale Brandt Richards

DBR is making steady progress as a professional and improving all the time. He is comfortable in this environment and a recent top-10 on the Asian Tour did not go unnoticed by TI. He may become the third New South Welshman in three years to win in NT.

Best of the rest...

Max McCardle, Taylor Macdonald and Deyen Lawson will all fancy their chances having performed well at this layout in the past and rookie pro Cameron John recent form has also sparked TI's interest.
