Travelling from Darwin to Muree, Callan O’Reilly captured a win at the Tooheys Muree Pro-Am on the Ladbrokes PGA Pro-Am Series.
With strong winds, scoring was made tough for the 50 Professionals teeing it up but local Neil Dorsett from East Maitland and Ben Clementson were the best of the morning field shooting 2-over 73.
Playing in the afternoon field O’Reilly fired 4-under 67 highlights be an incredible nine birdies including a hole out from a plugged link in a bunker.
O’Reilly was two shot clear of Nathan Green and Matthew Giles who each fired rounds of 2-under 69.
