Michael Mosher of NSW has earned himself a start in all Ladbrokes Legends Tour events this year with an impressive 36 hole score of 2-under par 142 at Sandhurst Club’s North Course in Victoria.

""Mosher carded two rounds of 71 to pip 1993 Coolum Classic Champion David Diaz by one shot.

The field of 20 was made up of three non-members who had qualified the previous two days in stage one along with 17 PGA of Australia Professionals looking to gain a category to guarantee them starts on the ever growing Ladbrokes Legends Tour.

A total of 10 players secured their cards with all three who came through stage 1 successful, Shaquill Mongol of the United States, Ben Jackson from the United Kingdom, now living in Melbourne and Adam Revai from the Australian Golf Club in Sydney all gaining Senior Tournament Membership with the PGA of Australia.

The first event of 2018 kicks off at Midlands Golf Club in Ballarat where two of the recent graduates, Mongol and Jackson will join Australian greats such as Peter Senior, Terry Price and Michael Harwood to compete for the Victorian Senior Masters title.
