In immaculate condition the Richmond Golf Club is primed and ready for the Coca-Cola Australian PGA Seniors Championship, which is underway.
The most coveted title on the E-Z-GO PGA Legends Tour, the Coca-Cola Australians PGA Seniors Championship is now underway with the winner to be decided on Saturday 14th November.
As befitting a title of this calibre a strong contingent of players has gathered to contest the tournament.
The field features Champions Tour player Peter Senior, European Seniors Tour players Peter Fowler and Peter O'Malley as well as Mike Harwood, Rodger Davis, Terry Price and Ossie Moore.
Senior comes into the tournament fresh from a 7th place in his last tournament on the Champions Tour while Mike Harwood will be a favourite this week after already winning 11 tournaments on the E-Z-GO PGA Legends Tour in 2015.
Also in winning form are David Hando and David Hughes joint winners at Blackheath Legends Pro-Am on Monday firing 3-under 66 and Simon Corbett outright winner of Springwood Legends on Tuesday with a 4-under 65.
Defending champion Simon Owen from New Zealand has returned his title and is joined by the past eight winners of the Australian PGA Seniors Championship.
