Harrison Endycott has kick-started his season on the PGA TOUR Latino America with a top-5 finish at the Puerto Plata Open in the Dominican Republic.
Opening the tournament with nine straight pars, Endycott got his score moving in the right direction with a birdie at the par-4 1st, followed by an eagle at the par-5 5th hole at the Playa Dorada Golf Course.
A second round of 1-over 72 stalled his momentum but a third round of 4-under 67 moved him up into a tie for 10th before a Sunday 68 lifted him a further five spots on the leaderboard, his first top-five finish of the season.
The result saw Endycott move up seven places to 16th on the moneylist while countryman Ryan Ruffels remains in fifth position after he was tied for 33rd in the Dominican Republic.
