Married Ricki 2006. Two children from previous marriage Chris (born 1990) and Rachel (1993). Son Chris recieved a 2 year scholarship with the Western Bulldogs AFL club throu 2007-2008. Daughter Rachel a keen golfer. One of Australia's most likeable and successful golfers. Currently works for Fox Sports in Sydney and is a regular contributor on Radio 2KY Big Sports Breakfast with golf reports. Hosts "The PGA Golf Show" on Fox Sports. Was adopted at 6 weeks of age and grew up in Goulburn, NSW. Huge Sydney Roosters (NRL) fan. Enjoys watching "Hogans Heroes" re-runs. Favourite course is Royal Adelaide. Works extensively with corporate golf, guest speaking and golf travel.

Highlights: Turned professional in 1985. Won the Australian Junior and NSW Amateur Championships at the age of 21. Broke through for a win at the 1988 Tasmanian Open at Barilla Bay where he closed with a 67 for a total of 284, two shots ahead of Mike Clayton and first prize of $18,000. Played on the European Tour from 1988 to 1992, winning the 1990 AGF (French) Open and finishing in the top thirty of the Order of Merit three times. At the end of 1992 he finished tied first in the PGA Tour Qualifying Tournament. 1992 won the World Cup Individual. At the 1993 AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am he won his fourth event as a PGA Tour member and he won the Hawaiian Open on his second appearance of 1994. Began his comeback year in 1999 slowly, stormed home to show he was still one of the elite players on the Tour.
