December 2007: Picked up his third Japan Golf Tour win of the year (and eighth Japan career win) with a stunning final round of 61 to beat 2007 Money Ranking winner Toru Taniguchi by a single stroke. Continued his advance up the World Ranking with a 21 position jump to 60th.
2007: Won seventh Japan career title and second of the year when he won the 2007 Mitsui Sumitomo VISA Taiheiyo Masters.
2007: Won his sixth title on the Japan Golf Tour when he claimed consecutive Tsuruya Open titles in April. The win was his second straight and third in total at the event and his sixth title on the Japan Golf Tour. Nailed five birdies and two bogeys during his round to hold off late challenges and moved to second on the money list.
2007: Co-led final round of Jacob's Creek Open.
2006: Five time winner on the Japan Golf Tour after winning the 2006 Tsuruya Open after finishing T2 the week before in the season opening Token Homemate Cup. Finished 29th on the Money List.
2005: Played in 28 events in his rookie season on the 2005 US PGA TOUR and made 14 cuts. Had played in only three PGA TOUR events without making a cut entering the 2005 season. Had three top-25 finishes, including one top-10. Finished T2 at the 2005 B.C. Open in his 20th career TOUR start. Held the 54-hole lead, but a closing round of 4-under 68 dropped him into T2. Despite finishing in a tie for second at the B.C. Open he narrowly failed to win enough money to retain his tour card.
2004: Outstanding 2004 season which saw him at one stage on top of both the Japan Golf Tour and Nationwide Tour money lists. 2004 Followed up his win at the LaSalle Bank Open with a missed cut at the U.S. Open Championship before heading back to the Japan Golf Tour to post his fourth career title, and second of the season, at the 2004 Mizuno Open. Also won the Tsuruya Open in Japan. Finished 6th on 2004 Nationwode Tour Money List ensuring his USPGA TOUR card for 2005.
Enjoyed outstanding amateur career: 1999 Australian Amateur Champion , 1999 Tasmanian Open champion as amateur, 1998 Riversdale Cup winner, 1998 Eisenhower Trophy Team, Four Nations team 1994-1999.
