In a boost for Professional golf in Western Australia and South
Australia, Subaru has pledged its support to the states’ swing of WA / SA PGA
Pro-Am Series.

"GarySubaru will be a new Divisional Partner and support the PGA
Pro-Am Series across the two states for the next two years, starting 1 July.

The April to June Order of Merit has revamped itself and now leads off
with some great pro-ams in South Australia and then heads to Western Australia where
it’s flanked by the state’s two prestigious titles; the WA Open and WA PGA
Championship.

"We at Subaru feel there are some great synergies between our brand and
golf so we are delighted to be partnering the WA / SA Division of the PGA to boost
the promotion of the sport and Subaru throughout South Australia and Western
Australia," said Gary Johnston the Regional
Manager – Subaru Western Central Region.

"Working with the team at the PGA we are looking to deliver some great
activations, competitions and purchasing opportunities throughout the WA/SA
swing of the PGA Pro-Am Series and throughout the remainder of the year."

"Just as a PGA Pro has confidence in the motion of his swing, Subaru
provides drivers with confidence in motion which we look forward to displaying
to PGA Professionals and amateur golfers at our upcoming events."

"We’ll also look to deliver some new activations throughout the year in
local Pro Shops to continue our support."

The WA / SA PGA Pro-Am Series Swing supported by Subaru is sure to
provide some exciting golf action over the next two years.

"The PGA has been working hard with golf clubs in South Australia and
Western Australia to put together a strong schedule of events. Our series of
events will see tournaments played from Murray Bridge in South Australia to the
Far North West in Broome and that schedule is looking to develop and and
capitalise on the new partnership," said, Josh Madden, State Manager of
the  WA / SA Division of the PGA of
Australia.

"Moving forward we are playing for more than half a million dollars
across a three month span of events and I would like to thank Subaru for their
vision and commitment to the game."
