Queenslander Tim Hart was on fire at the Pioneer Valley
Pro-Am, scorching the field for a convincing win.

"TimA prodigious talent, Hart is renowned as a long hitter with
the ability to shoot low numbers and that was on full display at Pioneer Valley
Golf Course.

Hart fired 11-under 61 to set a new course record, beating
the previous record held by Darren Tan by one shot.

Also producing some quality golf was Peter Wilson, he was
8-under after 11 holes but couldn’t maintain the pace, eventually finishing outright
second on 7-under 65.

Rounding out the top-5 on the leaderboard were Adam Blyth,
Ash Hall, Adam Stephens and Mitchell Jacobson who fired rounds of 5-under 67.

Hart, who won the pro-am by four shots, was ecstatic with
his 61.

This matches his final round at the Coca-Cola Queensland PGA
Championship where he was on track for a 58.

"It’s a fun course to play. I am striking the ball well so I
am pretty happy I put together a good round out there," said Hart, who will
next compete in the City of Mackay Open where he finished runner-up in a
playoff last year.

"This was a great lead in event for the Mackay Open. I am
feeling confident and hopefully I will go one better than last year."
