Geelong Football Club star Tom Hawkins went head to head with Australian Long Drive Champion Mark Bylsma at Metropolitan Golf Club today.

In a media call up for the BetEasy Masters, Hawkins teed off against Bylsma in front of a packed media contingent.
Bylsma, who holds the mark for the longest drive ever recorded in Australia, showed why he continues to be the man to beat in the long drive title.
The two battled it out on the 18th tee for over thirty minutes.
Hawkins, a keen golfer himself, made a 299m drive but was no match for the Australian Long Drive Champion who followed with a 316m drive with a swing speed of approximately 245km.
The BetEasy Masters will be played at The Metropolitan Golf Club from 20-23 November, 2014.
Domestic broadcast of all four rounds will be available on Channel 7.
