The final round of the Vuksich & Borich Fiji Legends Cassic concluded today at Denarau Golf & Racquet Club.

Another beautiful Fiji Day greeted the 42 Senior Professionals vying for the title.

No one jumped out of the pack but  Lucien Tinkler of Victoria carded a 2-under 70 to set the pace on 1-under 215.

Tinkler was out in 1-over 37 but three birdies coming home gave him the second best round of the day.

It was overnight leader Brad Burns however that continued his form.

“I finally got the putter working and 30 foot puts at 9 and 13 got me across the line,” Burns said.

Burns finished with a 5-under 67 to win by five shots from Richard Backwell.

The win has Burns within $600 of  first place Tim Elliott on the Ladbrokes Legends tour Order of Merit.
