Victorian and Legends Tour rookie Michael Barry has finished on top of the leaderboard winning the Mt Warren Park Legends Pro-Am after firing a 4-under 68 to finish 3 shots clear of Allan Cooper and Tod Power.

Turning after 9 holes at 3-under Barry went on to make another birdie at the 11th and 15th hole. A bogey on the 14th wasn’t enough to stop Barry’s momentum and another birdie on the following hole.

The win was Barry’s 5th on the E-Z-GO PGA Legends tour after having wins in Naracoorte, Tumat, Cootamundra and West Wyalong.

Players will now head to Wynnum Golf Club next Monday to compete in the Ken Bartons Memorial Legends Pro-Am with a field that includes Wayne Grady, Rodger Davis, Tim Elliot and David Merriman.
