The PGA of Australia in partnership with Qantas Golf Club are proud to present the One Million Qantas Points Hole-in-One promotion to run at all ISPS HANDA PGA Tour of Australasia State PGA Championships in 2017.
As part of the airline’s partnership with the PGA, Qantas are putting one million Qantas Points up for grabs at State PGA Championships across the country.
PGA Professionals competing in the Victorian, Queensland, Western Australia, Northern Territory and New South Wales PGA Championships will have the chance to win a share of one million Qantas Points by acing holes at each tournament in the 2017 season.
All PGA Professionals who hit hole-in-ones at any of the events share the pool of one million Qantas Points at the end of the season, meaning if only one player is entered, they’ll take home the entire prize pool or it will be split evenly between all players who achieve the feat.
“We’re very excited to have Qantas Golf Club on board this year for our State Championships, “said Gavin Kirkman, Joint Interim CEO of the PGA of Australia.
“The ‘One Million Qantas Points Hole in One promotion’ is going to add an extra incentive to our competitors and we’d like to thank Qantas for being so generous in providing the chance to win this fantastic prize for PGA Professionals.”
“The intention of the Qantas Golf Club has been to encourage people to play more golf and ensure that it adds value back to the golf industry” said Richard Davey, Head of Qantas Golf Club.
“It is great to be working closer with the PGA this year, we are aware of the enormous talent that exists across Australia and it is fantastic to be able to reward those fortunate enough to achieve one of golf’s most memorable moments.”
The first opportunity to land a share of the one million Qantas Points will be at the Victorian PGA Championship at Huntingdale Golf Club on 2 – 4 February 2017.
