DIRECTIONS:
From Perth CBD drive heading North on the Mitchell Freeway to Joondalup. Follow the Freeway to Hodges Drive and turn left at the traffic lights. Turn right at the second turn off and proceed straight through Country Club Boulevard until reaching Joondalup Resort.

• Cost: FOC for PGA Professionals
• Range Balls: $4.00 for 40 Balls (range balls provided on the day of the event)

• Tee Time: 12.00noon Shotgun Start
• Calcutta: Wednesday, 28th September 2011 in the Member's Clubhouse from 6.00 pm (not all Players are required to attend this)

CHARITY:
Victory Life Community Services
Victory Life Community Services is the welfare arm of Victory Life Centre in Osborne Park, Perth, Western Australia which was established in 1995 by Pastor Margaret Court, to be a ‘mercy ship’ to the many needy people of Perth. Providing a wide range of assistance, VLCS helps with clothing and emergency food items (some of which are donated, some purchased) and all is distributed to needy families within the Metropolitan area. Currently 7 tonnes of food are distributed to the needy around the Metropolitan and Country areas.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
TOURNAMENT RULES - All events are to be played under the Membership Regulations of the PGA of Australia Ltd
ENTRIES – Events can only be entered online. When entering online you will be required to enter your credit card details for payment and an email will be sent to you confirming that your entry has been processed. Players are advised to confirm that they have received this confirmation email. This office will not accept responsibility for non-receipt of entries.
OUTSTANDING ENTRY FEES – Any outstanding entry fees MUST BE PAID before any further entries will be processed.
PRIZE MONEY – Members are advised that the PGA acts at all times as the facilitator of the Pro-Am event conducted by the particular golf club or sponsor concerned. Whilst at all times endeavouring to ensure that advertised prize money is available for each event, the PGA will not be responsible for any reduction in the advertised prize money.
SOFT SPIKES ¥ -Where it is a requirement of a Club that soft spikes be worn, players must adhere to that requirement.
LATE ENTRIES – Late Entries will/will not be received as instructed by the organizer. Please try to enter tournaments by the published closing dates to enable the PGA Office to efficiently process entries for the Clubs concerned.
