The Handa Australia Cup field will be an exclusive limited field by invitation only. Invitations will be issued to the following number of competitors:

Draws:
Round 1 Draw will be released on Monday 21 February 2011 at 5.00pm.
Round 2 will be a seeded draw released at the completion of Round 1. Players will be notified of their tee time at the Official Tournament Dinner on Saturday night or may call 0414 944 114 to confirm their tee time for Round 2 after 6.30pm on Saturday 26 February 2011.

Practice:
Practice rounds will be available from 12.00pm on Thursday 24 February 2011.
Nedlands Golf Club does not have a driving range facility. Warm ups can be done in nets at the course otherwise alternate arrangements will need to be sourced by competitors for their warm up/practice prior to the tournament.
Tickets and Passes:
Players will not require official passes or accreditation. Entry for spectators will be free.
Caddies:
Tournament Organisers will do their best to provide caddies for competitors on both tournament days. It is important to note that caddies will be limited and will be allocated on a first in, first served basis.
Competitors are welcome to make their own arrangements for a caddie throughout the tournament.
Pull Buggies:
Buggies will be available to those players who require them through the Pro Shop. Local juniors who are caddying are asked to bring their own pull buggy to use.
Meals:
Daily lunch will be provided for all competitors, volunteer caddies and tournament officials. Water will be provided on course for all competitors.
Food and beverage will be available for purchase in the Clubhouse and Sprig Bar for all spectators.

Course Guides:
Course Guides will be available for purchase in the Pro Shop at the player’s own cost.
Club Storage and Lockers:
Lockers will not be available throughout the tournament. Players wishing to store their golf clubs at the course must contact the main office on 08 9389 1244.
Pro-Am:
The tournament Pro-Am will be played on Friday 25 February 2011. Professionals will be notified by Monday 21 February 2011 if they are required to play in the Pro-Am.
The schedule for the Pro-Am will be as follows:
10.30am Lunch and registration 12.00pm Shot Gun Start – Irish Stableford with the professionals score to count 5.00pm Presentations with drinks and canapés in the Clubhouse

Players wishing to take advantage of the tournament rate must make arrangements directly with the hotel quoting “HANDA” to receive the VIP rate.
Transport :
Tarago vans will shuttle between the Esplanade River Suites and Nedlands Golf Club. Shuttle times will be made available closer to the tournament date once bookings at the Esplanade have been confirmed.
Competitors making their own accommodation arrangements must also make their own transport arrangements for their stay in Perth.
Functions and Important Events:
Tournament Dinner An informal tournament dinner will be hosted at 6.30pm on Saturday 26 February 2011 at the Esplanade River Suites. All professional competitors and their partners are invited to attend the dinner. Smart casual dress will apply.
