URGENT MESSAGE REGARDING STAGE 1:
The number of entries for the 2010 PGA Tour of Australasia & OneAsia Stage 1 Qualifying School have been such that, in order to provide as much equity as possible for all competitors, a second venue has been introduced.
Entries have been equally divided and allocated to either:
• Sandhurst Club (North Course), or
• Peninsula Country Golf Club (South Course)
A morning, two tee draw will be posted in due course for each venue. Competitors have already been allocated to one of the courses and these details are available under 'related documents', left side of this Tournament page.
Practice day for each venue is Monday 13 December and course books will be available for competitors upon registration, which must be completed between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
As time restraints prohibit two practice days, all four tournament rounds will be completed on the allocated course with an equitable division of Final Stage positions being offered at each venue.
Final Stage of the 2010 Qualifying School will be conducted over the Peninsula Country Golf Club (North Course) from 20 -23 December.
General Information: The PGA Tour of Australasia Qualifying School has been conducted at the end of each season to establish which players, not otherwise exempt, will gain their playing privileges on the Tour for the following season through a qualifying competition.
Qualifying School is a test of character and skill for those professionals who are seeking to regain a tournament exemption category or improve on their existing exemption category for the following season and those amateurs who are embarking on their professional career.
The 2010 Qualifying School will be held over two stages which will be played at the Sandhurst Club and Peninsula Country Golf Club on consecutive weeks.
