Welcome to the 2012 Victorian PGA 4BBB Handicap Matchplay Knockout .

Entries for this event can be made via myPGA.

This event creates a great opportunity to get together with your fellow professional and enjoy a round of golf at various venues.

We had a full field of 32 teams for this event the past two years with some entries missing out on the waiting list so please don’t delay in submitting your entry.

Entries close: The closing date has been extended to Friday, 22nd June 2012 at 5.00pm. Entries will be taken at the AGM up until we receive a full field of 32 pairs.

ROUND DATES
IMPORTANT NOTE: with the closing date being extended, the Round completion dates have also been adjusted, please see below new dates:

Round 1 to be completed by: Sunday, 15th July 2012 (completed)
Round 2 to be completed by: Sunday, 5th August 2012 (completed)
Round 3 to be completed by: Sunday, 26th August 2012 (completed)
SEMI-FINAL to be completed by: Sunday, 16th September 2012 completed
FINAL to be held at Commonwealth Golf Club on Friday, 5th October 2012, at 1.00pm.

PRIZEMONEY: $3,900 (GST excl)*
*NB: Prize pool calculated from 26 entries.

Breakdown:
1st - 27.5% each (55%) - $1072.50 + GST each
2nd - 15% each (30%) - $ 585.00 + GST each
3rd - 3.75% each (15%) - $ 146.25 + GST each

RESULTS:
Results are to be completed on the Results form (located under 'Related Documents') and must be received by the PGA Southern Division Office by 5pm on each of the completion of round dates. A new draw will then be posted on the PGA website the following Monday.

After the internet, e-mailing members is our best form of contacting all players with the updated draw etc.

Please ensure that all contact details are completed clearly for both players on the entry form prior to submitting it to the PGA.

In order to coordinate playing dates effectively, it will be a condition of entry that each player's contact details (both phone & e-mail) will be forwarded, with a copy of the draw & results sheet to all participants.
