The mental game is as important to golf as correct technique.
When hitting a golf shot try to go through the following routine:
• Look at lie and determine wind direction
• Choose high percentage club to use off that lie
• Visualize shot for example the flight of the ball, roll and best side to miss fairway, green if shot isn’t executed
• Commit to decision made, setup to ball and swing.
