Australian Brad Kennedy capped off a great week on the Japanese Golf Tour to finish in a tie for seventh at the Canon Open.
Kennedy carded a one-under round of 71 to end the tournament at nine under at the Totsuka Country Club in Yokohama.
The South Australian finished eight shots behind runaway winner Yuta Ikeda, who completed a superb wire-to-wire victory.
Ikeda didn't shoot over 70 the whole tournament with his final-round 69 good enough to take him to a three-shot victory over Hwang Jung-Gon and Taichi Teshima.
Ryo Ishikawa, who looked poised to challenge after a blistering 66 in his third round, fell away on the final day with a 73 leaving him in a tie for fourth place with Masamichi Uehira.
Australian Brendan Jones also carded a 73 to finish in a tie for 22nd place.
