The ISPS HANDA Perth International gets underway at Lake Karrinyup Country Club this week, with an international field assembled for the PGA Tour of Australasia / European Tour co-sanctioned tournament.

In all 144 players will tee it up in Perth from this Thursday, with Charl Schwartzel, Jason Dufner, Greg Chalmers, Bo Van Pelt, Paul Casey and Edoardo Molinari the headlining acts.

Also in the field will be Australians Brett Rumford, Scott Strange, Craig Parry, Peter O’Malley, Kim Felton, Matt Jager, Rick Kulacz and Andrew Dodt, not to mention Kiwis Mark Brown and Michael Hendry.

In all, the field will be the best seen so far in Australia during 2012, with all vying for their share of the US$2 million prize pool.

Fox Sports' Warren Smith and Brett Ogle will lead the commentary team, also featuring Peter Donegan and Ewan Porter.
