Phil Boulton & Kym Olsen 2012 winners VIC PGA Snr Foursomes

Windy and cold conditions confronted the players for the 2012 Victorian Foursomes Championship at the immaculately presented Long Island Golf Club in Frankston on Monday.

Michael Isherwood and Kevin Smith headed the field with an outstanding one under par 71 defying the testing conditions to claim the Bob Shearer Shield.

An excited Isherwood thanked Long Island General Manager and PGA Professional Nick Dastey for hosting the event and looked forward to defending their crown next year.

Jason Dawes and Adam Fraser finished one shot off the pace on 72 with Michael Barry and Andrew Rogers a further three shots back on 75.

Phil Boulton and Kym Olsen took home the Jack Harris & Brian Twite Trophy after winning the Victorian PGA Seniors Championship.
